About the role
Redaptive is seeking an experienced and strategic-minded professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Strategy. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and market dynamics. The Senior Manager, Strategy will lead a team and collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to drive the successful implementation of strategic plans.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Strategic Planning and Development:
- Lead the development and refinement of Redaptive's corporate strategy in collaboration with the CEO and executive leadership.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis, competitive intelligence, and industry research to identify opportunities and threats.
- Formulate actionable and innovative strategic plans to drive growth, enhance market presence, and achieve long-term business objectives.
- Frame complex decisions and insights / identify risks (external and internal) that could impact the adoption or ability to execute.
- Business Development Leadership:
- Lead and/or assist the identification and evaluation of potential partnerships, alliances, and business opportunities to expand Redaptive's market reach.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to implement and drive strategic initiatives contributing to revenue growth.
- Cross-functional Collaboration and Team Leadership:
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including product development, marketing, sales, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of strategy professionals, fostering a culture of strategic thinking and innovation within the organization.
- Performance Monitoring, Analysis, and Reporting:
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of strategic initiatives.
- Regularly assess and report on the performance of the company's strategies, providing insights and recommendations for adjustments as needed.
Required Abilities, Skills, & Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of business/consulting experience with at least 3+ years of experience in a strategic leadership role, preferably within the technology, energy, or sustainability sectors.
- Proven ability to conduct complex market analysis and translate insights into actionable strategic plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong team leadership and management experience, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Visionary thinker with a demonstrated ability to anticipate market trends and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

- Expected annual salary: 145-165K (subject to adjustment for relevant experience, skills, geo location)
