We are looking for a skilled Production Planner with a specialization in capacity planning and a strong analytic mindset. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing production processes, ensuring efficient resource utilization, and meeting our production targets. This is a central role where you will have the opportunity to impact and shape the way of working.

The team within Processing Solutions and Equipment (PSE) leads a sustainable supply chain, by sourcing, producing, and delivering competitive and industry-leading processing solutions and equipment to the food & beverage industry. 

The position is permanent, and you will be located in Lund, Sweden. 

What you will do

As Production Planner, you will focus on:

• Participate in the Sales and Operations Planning process for the production centre and convert supply plan into capacity for the different factories. Set capacity requirements and follow the capacity adaptation.
• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, emphasizing capacity planning to optimize resource utilization actively plan for efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to address any production challenges and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse production specifications and align production plans with overall business objectives.
• Proactively identify and address capacity constraints, recommending solutions to optimize production efficiency.
• Utilize advanced planning tools and software to enhance capacity planning accuracy.
• Support and drive data quality. 

We believe you have

• University degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain or another related field and/or experience in production planning with a focus on capacity planning
• Proficiency in using production planning software and tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook) and Power BI
