Design Operations Lead

We are seeking a detail-oriented Design ops lead with a strong focus on operational research to enhance our design tools.

 The impact you'll make:

• Provide technical leadership and direction for the Design team
• Conduct research to understand the different requirements and how users will interact helping to design the new platforms
• Collaborate with the engineering team to design and launch new features
• Improve design standards, tooling, and processes.

Technology Stack:

• Strong experience in design/usability research
• Strong experience using Dovetail 
• Proven experience in setting up ways of working, templates, and training around research tools like Maze, Dovetail, Askable, and Rally UX.
• Strong Prototyping skills - Sketch, Figma, Invision, Axure, or similar.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to assess current system and provide recommendations in tools and ways of working
  
  

*Remote role with required availability to travel to London offices from time to time. 

What You'll Bring To Us:

• +6 years of experience Design Ops lead
• A proven track record of building an effective recruitment strategy for research panels within B2B organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work with others in a team environment.
• Ability to independently solve open-ended and complex problems.
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and solve problems independently and proactively.
