Your new responsibilities

• Design, realization and evaluation of AlGaAs based semiconductor Laser chips
• Development of novel concepts and optimization of existing process flows for laser diode manufacturing in strong cooperation with epi development, process development and manufacturing
• Solving complex problems in design and process in a sustainable and systematic way
• Deeply analyze and understand interactions between chip design and processes flow

What we look for

• PhD in physics, electrical engineering, material science or a related field
• Strong expertise in device physics for Infrared laser diodes and opto-semiconductor technology
• Broad experience in semiconductor frontend processes
• At least 5 years+ of professional experience in semiconductor industry
• Goal oriented team player
• Strong problem solving and analytic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Business English
