Contract Engineer Senior

<p>We are currently seeking a [ Job Requisition Name ] , reporting directly to [ reporting to Hiring Manager Name ] to join the team based in [ City ].</p> <p><strong>About The Role:</strong></p> <p>Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:</p> <p><strong> </strong>• Advise project managers and provide recommendation and ensure contract management all along projects</p> <p>• Prepares and consolidates complex analysis of contract conditions, issues, as well as risks and opportunities.</p> <p>• Accompanies project managers in the set-up of the project plan and align contract management plan</p> <p>• Supports other disciplines' relation with external partners and stakeholders</p> <p>• Executes contract management plan all along the projects</p> <p>• Identifies and administers changes that can affect term and cost</p> <p>• Monitor and analyze issues when they arise and deal with them, anticipate risks and grasp opportunities</p> <p><br/> </p> <p><strong>About You:</strong></p> <p>Catch this opportunity and invest on your skills development, should your profile meets these requirements.</p> <ul> <li> University level education / Recognized qualification to a degree level in Engineering discipline. Is preferable but not essential in lieu of work experience.</li> <li>At least 5 years of relevant work experience in contract projects.</li> <li>Technical background in engineering.</li> <li>Good understanding of project management and mastery of contract management.</li> <li>Excellent written and oral communication and negotiation skills. Effectiveness in determining customer needs, identifying solutions and communicating progress to customers.</li> <li>Fluent in Spanish and English.
