Our teams develop, analyze, and create flexible integration solutions crossing all product areas such as sensors, effectors, command and control, logistics, and operations. They develop tools and methods to evaluate campaign, mission, and system level analysis and visualizations based on customer <span>requirements. The</span> department has a tradition of excellence through innovation and teamwork while championing individual in a flexible work environment to meet the needs of today’s workforce.</p><p></p><p>As a System Engineer II – Mission Analyst, you will be part of a team of systems engineers dedicated to delivering best-in-class Raytheon products for the warfighter through modeling, simulation, and <span>analysis. Your</span> work will help demonstrate mission effectiveness of systems and system-of-systems operating in complex threat <span>environments. On</span> this team, you will be responsible for developing and analyzing solutions across mission technologies, including sensors, effectors, communications, command and control, and more.</p><p></p><p><b>What You Will Do</b></p><ul><li><p>Participating in the development and implementation of model-based solutions to support mission trade studies using mission and engagement level simulations.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for the development and integration of variable-fidelity computer models and simulations that effectively capture system and system of systems effects in complex threat environments.</p></li><li><p>Modeling of system and mission kill chains using Government, Commercial, and/or Raytheon simulation tools.</p></li><li><p>Executing mission system simulations and analyzing their results.</p></li><li><p>Development of metrics and results products that communicate the chain of events that led to an action.</p></li><li><p>Participating in technical reviews with internal and external customers.</p></li><li><p>You will contribute and collaborate in a team environment, receiving input from the program, external customers, or team experts, and work on projects, as you determine, develop, and implement analytic approaches that will generate the supporting data to inform programmatic decisions.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications You Must Have</b></p><ul><li><p>Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics(STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with scripting languages including Python, Bash, or other common languages.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with scientific computing environments such as MATLAB.</p></li><li><p>Experience in Sensors (RADARS, EOIR, etc.), Network Communications, Weapons/Effects (Missiles, Projectiles), Command & Control, and/or Resource Management.</p></li><li><p>Experience with Military Operations Analysis, Modeling & Simulation experience in the defense industry, and/or data analysis & visualization.</p></li><li><p>Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
