Senior Manager, M&A Integration

Training & Organizational Change Management (OCM)

About the Position

HUB acquires 50+ agencies a year, and every deal means change - new systems, new processes, new ways of working. This role leads the training and change management strategy that makes those transitions smooth, fast, and human - protecting deal value and minimizing the impact of change on the business. This role will also drive change internally as our Mergers & Acquisition Integration (MAI) team adopts new tools, AI capabilities, and ways of working.

We're looking for a strategic thinker who executes. Someone with a wide lens across the deal lifecycle who proactively identifies impacts, designs modern learning experiences, and leads a team that delivers at scale.

Role & Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Own the MAI training and OCM strategy - set the direction, align with enterprise standards, and evolve it as the business evolves
  • Use a wide view across the deal lifecycle to get ahead of change impacts and readiness gaps before they surface both for acquired employees and the MAI team
  • Build and execute communications strategies tailored to each deal, audience, and stage of the integration
  • Partner across the enterprise with technology leaders, regional and business stakeholders to build relationships and drive alignment across every region, deal, and team
  • Drive the learning and change strategy forward as AI, new tools, and new ways of working are adopted

Delivery & Execution

  • Drive the training and communications delivery schedule across 50+ concurrent integration programs
  • Own and evolve playbooks for different scenarios, from straightforward conversions to complex programs
  • Align with stakeholders across regions and functions on scope, content, and timing
  • Build flexible delivery models that scale as needed
  • Keep a pulse on quality by tracking CSAT, gathering feedback, and iterating

People Leadership

  • Build and develop a high-performing team of trainers and OCM professionals; create an environment where people grow, do meaningful work, and deliver their best
  • Manage team capacity and resourcing to meet the demands of a dynamic, multi-deal portfolio
  • Set clear expectations and maintain accountability for quality and consistency across programs

Continuous Improvement

  • Advance the MAI training delivery model by further integrating AI, self-paced options, and flexible formats that meet learners where they are
  • Maintain content accuracy and relevance; use feedback and data to prioritize what gets improved
  • Build on what's working while staying curious about better ways to drive engagement and retention

Success Measures

  • Stakeholder satisfaction with the integration training and communications experience
  • Speed and confidence with which acquired employees are productive on HUB systems
  • MAI team adoption and confidence with evolving tools, processes, and ways of working
  • Training effectiveness as measured through learner feedback, completion rates, and post-go-live support trends

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years running training programs end-to-end: scoping, planning, and delivering at scale
  • 3+ years designing learning experiences across modalities (vILT, eLearning, self-paced, microlearning) grounded in adult learning principles
  • Proficient in navigating and utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Experience building and leading a team of 5 or more people
  • Change Management certification (PROSCI, DDI, or equivalent) or applied experience with OCM methodologies
  • Tech-savvy with a track record of helping organizations adopt new tools and ways of working
  • Strong communicator - written, verbal, and in front
