Card Services B-Shift  Tues-Fri 5:00pm to 3:00am  

Summary of This Role

Manages the activities of production team(s) to ensure that operations run according to established production specifications and schedules; utilization, volume, cost, and wastage targets, and quality standards. Monitors the volume and quality of output and adjust tasks, timing, equipment set-up, or inputs so that production specifications are met and resources are used efficiently. Provides operational input for planning, sourcing, directing and monitoring workflow including supplies. Collaborates with and may source vendors who provide technical support for equipment and/or product. Develops approaches and plans for pricing, budget development and tracking, equipment needs and material procurement. Collaborates with Technical Support, Client Relationship, Risk and Compliance to ensure all federal, state and regulatory requirements are followed.

What Part Will You Play?

• Works closely with support staff to plan work, set targets and ensure the finished product meets quality standards.
• Assists management in recruitment and training of entry level employees. Responsible for the day to day floor supervision to include: time and attendance, safety and any required production reporting.
• Analyzes, investigates and reports issues with operating procedures utilizing root cause analysis, corrective actions, and various productions tools.
• Escalation of equipment issues and coordination with the production maintenance staff.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Relevant Experience or Degree in: related field of study from an accredited university is preferred. Relevant experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
• Typically a minimum of 4 years
• related professional experience
