US Naval Finance Business Partner/Controller

As the US Naval Finance Business Partner/Controller for the Naval business, you will play a vital role in guiding the team through key financial decision related to the Naval North America Business and its long-term financial plans.

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide Finance Business Partner services on all Naval OE North America Business ~$250m of revenue per year.
• Provide a Finance Business Partner services to the North America Naval Program, Sales and Commercial Team from Inception of opportunities to endorsing business evaluations.
• Lead and support the Program team in developing and maintaining their Strategic Plan financials
• Direct the program team to ensure the financial implications of all events, transactions and decisions, taken or proposed are full considered and acted upon
• Support the development and maintenance of long-term project and contract profit plans and support and advise staff in the development of Budget, QF, ATS and Ap’ly ops/threats
• Manage / direct / oversee a small finance team located in Walpole and Canada

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years’ experience as a CPA, OR
• Master’s Degree and 6+ years’ experience as a CPA, OR
• JD/PhD as a CPA and 3+ years experience
• In order to be considered for this opportunity you must be a US Citizen

Preferred Requirements:

• General understanding of USG govt contract, FAR / CAS knowledge
• Pricing and contract familiarity
