About the role

Potential Schedules and Payrate:

 

Night Shift: $18.50/hr ($1.50 shift differential for FHN, $2.50 shift differential for BHN)

  • Front Half Nights, Sun-Wed 6pm-4:30am (40 hours/week)
  • Back Half Nights, Thurs-Sat 5pm-5am (36 hours/week)

Become an essential part of our fast-paced supply chain team in our distribution center.  Your daily tasks will include accurately processing orders through selecting, packing, scanning, labeling, loading, value-added services (vas) and/or other functions as assigned to achieve projected volume and quality goals.  

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Utilize computerized warehouse management systems (WMS) and radio frequency (RF) scanners to process all barcoded products
  • Identify and communicate exceptions to the leadership team
  • Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Accurately record production by task and complete any necessary paperwork
  • Flexibility to train and work in multiple areas
  • Work safely and maintain a clean work environment
  • Other duties as assigned

 

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to:

  • work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
  • regularly required to talk, hear; sit, stand and/or walk; use fingers, hands, arms and feet to feel, handle, grip, grasp, lift, operate, push, pull, bend, and/or twist for up to twelve (12) hours/day
  • occasionally required to climb, stoop, kneel and/or crouch
  • occasionally lift and carry items such as boxes weighing up to fifty (50) pounds
  • work safely on elevated surfaces (2nd level mezzanine)
  • able to reliably attend work/scheduled hours

 

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Required to speak, read, write and comprehend the English language
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as required
