Your team

You’ll be working in the Business AML Organization (BAMLO) team. We focus on driving strategy, implementation, and oversight for the AML program within the US Wealth Management line of business. We work in collaboration with our business partners, WM field leadership and Second Line Compliance partners to help our Financial Advisors serve their clients in accordance with regulatory requirements.

CA, CO, WA and NY based roles: The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $157,000 based on experience, education, and skill level. This role may be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. For benefits information: ubs.com/usbenefits.

Your expertise

•4 year college degree or international equivalent required; Advanced degree a plus
•5+ years of relevant AML/KYC experience and/or Risk Management
• License (Series 7, 9/10) or ACAMS Certification a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail
• Ability to interact and work closely with business stakeholders at all levels of seniority
• Strong understanding of AML/ OFAC regulations and Customer Due Diligence Requirements
• Strong understanding of broker dealer products and services
•Possess strong analytical thinking and critical reasoning skills
•Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to effectively handle a fast paced environment and successfully meet established deadline requirements
•Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
