Job Summary: As a Principal Product Manager at Priority, you will play a key role in driving the development and delivery of our products. You will be responsible for defining the product strategy, identifying market opportunities, and working closely with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market. You will also be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, and driving continuous improvements to existing products. This position is full-time and offers the flexibility of being fully remote. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Develop and drive the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with the company's overall business objectives. 

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends, and use this information to inform product decisions. 

• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product requirements and ensure successful product delivery. 

• Drive product development through all stages, from concept to launch, ensuring that products meet quality and performance standards.

• Monitor and analyze product performance, gather feedback from customers, and use this information to drive product improvements and updates. 

• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, and support product launches with effective positioning, messaging, and sales enablement tools.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus. 

• Product Management, product development, agile, Product Innovation, Communication Management. 

• Proven experience as a product manager, with a track record of delivering successful products to market. 

• Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies, including agile and scrum. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. 

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: 

• Masters in Engineering, Computer Applications, Business. 

• 15+ years of Payments/Banking or relevant professional experience. 

• Experience in the merchant acquiring / credit card processing industry (10 or more years).

• Experience in the technology industry is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits: 

• Compensation range: $138k -$175k
