About the role

The Dental Front Desk Clerk contributes to AHF by: Supporting the efficient operation of the dental clinic through accurate scheduling, patient registration, insurance verification, electronic health record management, payment processing, and effective coordination of front office activities. This position ensures that patients have timely access to dental services, providers can maintain productive schedules, and clinical operations run smoothly. By maintaining accurate records, safeguarding patient confidentiality, communicating effectively with patients and the healthcare team, and supporting organizational compliance, the Dental Front Desk Clerk plays a critical role in advancing AHF's mission of delivering high-quality, patient-centered oral healthcare.
