Our Business Management Europe Team is looking for a working student supporting Distribution Strategy and Sales Management tasks at Allianz Global Investors in Europe. Within this role you will be able to gain deep knowledge across all aspects of the asset management business and across all major European countries. Business Management Europe is directly reporting to the Head of Europe. The position is based in Munich.

 

What you will do

As a working student you will support our day-to-day business but will also have project-related work. You will assist our Business Management Team, especially:
 

• preparation of management presentations & meetings
• project work related to go-to-market strategies (product and / or segment related initiatives)
• analysis of sales performance & market research
• support in the development of regional go-to-market strategies.

 

What you bring

You have a keen interest in financial markets and the asset management industry, particularly in the management of an asset management organization. Given the exposure provided in this role, you need to enjoy working in a diverse and highly energetic environment. We are looking for the following capabilities / experiences:

 

• You are enrolled in an accredited college or university studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in Finance, Business, Economics or related field
• Additionally, you should embrace strategic thinking
• You have advanced computer literacy in MS-Office (esp. PowerPoint and Excel) and strong analytical skills
• You have an outstanding command of German and English, written and spoken
• A reliable, detailed, and service-orientated working attitude as well as strong interpersonal skills.
