H2 Performance Consulting (H2) is seeking a Operations Research Analyst to support the Naval Sea Logistics Center (NAVSEALOGCEN) at a contractor facility (remote) location. The Operations Research Analyst will provide support in the analysis of business requirements.

The Operations Research Analyst  responsibilities will include:

• Providing systems analysis support to design, maintain, and update system interfaces, modules, and data interfaces.
• Assisting in the management, review, development, evaluation, and identification of changes in business processes, operations, and requirements.
• Preparing Risk Assessment Reports based on analyses, studies, and recommendations associated with engineering change proposals and system architecture design proposals.
• Providing support to Configuration Control and Management Boards (CCB / CMB) to include interacting customers to obtain input in system maintenance, bug fixes, and changes.
• Supporting, maintaining, and enhancing recuring and ad hoc reports for applications and end users.
• Provide subject matter technical expertise in support of processes, policy, procedure, and program meetings

Required Education:

•        Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in business or a related field

•        Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in analysis of business requirements and preparation of project and technical documentation

Desired Qualifications / Certifications:

•        IAM III certification (i.e., CISSP; CISM, CCISO, GSLC)

Clearance Qualifications:

•        Active Secret security clearance at the time of application
