Sr. Conference Planning Manager

Job Description

The Senior Conference Planning Manager will oversee the entire operation of the conference center, ensuring all services are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple departments. The Senior Conference Planning Manager will report to the General Manager at the Lockheed Martin CLE and HQ location, as well as work closely with the Global Vision Center leadership. Finance and HR functions will be supported through CLE & HQ resources.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the conference center’s operations.
• Ensure all departments are working cohesively to meet client expectations.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor and manage budgets and financial performance with support from CLE and HQ resources.
• Liaise with clients to ensure their needs are met and address any issues that arise.
• Report to the General Manager at the CLE and HQ campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field
• Proven experience in a senior operational role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
