We are currently seeking a Senior Director - Healthcare Solutions - Provider Vertical (REMOTE POSITION) to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

 

Senior Director – Healthcare Provider Vertical (REMOTE ROLE--US BASED)

 

In this role, the successful person will have the opportunity to:

• In partnership with Provider Sub-vertical provide strategic leadership and expertise to identify and design a comprehensive set of solutions to meet the health plan industry solutions
• Develop business case, sales strategy and account sales strategy in partnership with Finance, Sales Executive and Client Executive teams
• Coordinate and manage with the build team (development teams)
• Responsible for developing go-to-market content, building first-call deck for solutions and participate in client engagements to position the identified solutions
• Build partnerships with horizontal technology practices to develop industry specific wrappers for horizontal solutions.
• Act as a visionary, championing content, storytelling, and leading digital innovation and drive RFP responses

 

We are looking for candidates with strong technical expertise and experience of having worked within a Healthcare organization. To be successful in this role, you need to have knowledge of at least some of the following topics but need not be an expert:

 

• Patient Engagement Transformation
• Provider Data, Analytics and Interoperability
• EPIC Experience
• Clinical Operations

 

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in Hospital Provider domain
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in translating business strategies across several business units into effective technical solutions
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a Medical field, Computer Science, Math or related field.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Self-directed and capable of working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Strong technical leadership and expert consultative and communications skills
• Significant enterprise expertise in developing and architecture solutions in a collaborative environment
• Substantial demonstrated experience in health plan technology and modernization of existing legacy solutions
