About the role

What We are Looking For:

Electrical

Install electrical outlets, within building code standards, in a corporate environment
Trace unmarked outlets to panels and have them properly labeled
Troubleshoot electrical issues within furniture panel systems
General carpentry skills
Mount items item(s) to walls with the proper hardware ensuring weight does not become a safety risk
Remove/reconfigure office furniture
Fix basic door hardware (closers, crash bars, etc)
HVAC / Refrigeration Preventative Maintenance
Swap out of filters
Tighten belts
Cleaning of coils
Other General Maintenance
Annual inspection of all Emergency Egress lighting
Monthly inspections of fire extinguisher levels
Identify areas of risk from a safety perspective throughout the properties
Physical Requirements:
Required to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl for long periods of time
Lift and/or move up to 50lbs

Certifications:

HVAC
EVP (Electrical work certifications)
