Lead Group Product Manager, Health Tracking Experiences

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  
• 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
  
• 5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.
  
• Experience with consumer products.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with computing, mobile operating systems, and software application development life-cycles.
• Ability to solve ambiguous problems and challenge the status quo to create innovative products.
• Ability to prioritize and balance resources across teams, while ensuring milestones are met on time.
  
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent technical, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Passionate about challenging the consumer hardware experience with wearables.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $214,000-$305,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Define the core product use cases informed by long-term product ideas, technical capabilities, and market context.
  
• Collaborate with other Product Managers and cross-functional partners across UX, Engineering, and Product Marketing to deliver novel user experiences.
  
• Support investments in AI capabilities to bring exciting innovations around tracking to users.
  
• Mentor and guide Product Managers on the team.
