The Corporate and Executive Learning Practice within the D’Amore-McKim School of Business prepares executives and corporate teams for leading in the new realities of business. We co-design transformative, real-time executive readiness experiences and unique career-long learning opportunities for globally distributed teams within the world's best companies. Responsibilities:
The Associate Director of Programs is a key role in the Corporate and Executive Programs Practice as this leader is responsible for the implementation of corporate programs, is a team leader of a large portfolio of initiatives, and a strategic partner in the growth of new initiatives.
The programs under the responsibility of the Associate Director are most often custom signature programs for cohorts of executives designed and delivered on contract for corporate clients, but are also lifelong learning programs run through, or in collaboration with, Northeastern’s global network of campuses and regional corporate partners.
The Associate Director works in partnership with the Senior Program Director and is also a team lead with others.
The Associate Director is a critical leader involved in three major areas of the work of the Practice:
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and university stakeholders.
The Associate Director will work to establish and implement short- and long-term business strategies fostering and solidifying relationships with current and potential clients to ensure continuous future growth of the Corporate and Executive Learning Practice.
This will include working with the leaders of the Practice to prepare proposals for new business and assist to support new client development. The Associate Director will contribute to the department’s strategic planning activities.
Complex Program Execution
The Associate Director will work independently, with others on the team, to coordinate, manage and administer the development and execution of complex corporate learning and executive programs. These programs often involve multiple modalities (live virtual; face to face) on campus or in geog
