Job Description
This role is hybrid remote with 60% monthly in-office presence in Mount Prospect, Illinois. (3 days in office per week)
The Senior Key Account Manager RT is responsible for translating PTNA and RT strategies into actionable plans for Amazon (1P and 3P), managing end-to-end account relationships, forecasting demand, planning promotions, and driving business development initiatives to increase Dremel’s market share and overall account performance in the US market.
What You Will Do:
- Sales Performance Management: Track daily sales performance, aligning with monthly, quarterly, and annual targets to ensure consistent progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Strategic Account Management: Translate PTNA & RT business strategies into Amazon-specific account plans. Manage long-term 1P and 3P Amazon relationships to maximize growth and efficiency.
- Promotions & Advertising Execution: Plan, execute, and track promotional and advertising initiatives in coordination with business goals, including event planning and new launches.
- Pricing & Portfolio Management: Maintain and develop online assortment, ensuring accurate pricing strategies to avoid market conflicts and optimize profitability.
- Forecasting & Demand Planning: Provide accurate demand forecasts based on market insights, sales trends, and upcoming initiatives to support inventory and production planning.
- Operational Oversight & Coordination: Oversee execution of operational tasks, coordinate priorities with the Key Account Associate (KAA), and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Content & Product Launch Management: Address Amazon-specific content requirements and lead rapid online onboarding of new products to scale launches effectively.
- SME Business Innovation Management – Monitor tech trends, coordinate pilot projects, and evaluate emerging technologies for potential business impact. Collaborate cross-functionally to test, document, and present innovation learnings to leadership.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; a Master’s degree is preferred. A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- 5+ years experience in e-commerce and Amazon account management
- Ability to develop and execute multi-year sales strategies
- Strong in online portfolio management and pricing strategy
