Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic and growing Finance organization. You will be an integral part of the Finance organization, helping to develop a world class financial function for a high-growth, exciting and mission-led Company. You will develop and maintain key financial models and analysis to provide insights and help the management team with decision making. This position provides exposure to all facets of the business and requires an ability to quickly and deeply understand complex business models, large data sets, financial accounting and detailed financial statements.
Key Responsibilities
● Partner with the Finance team to develop financial forecasts and provide insight into financial results to the Senior Management team and Board of Directors● Own key components of financial reporting and analysis for Senior Management, Board of Directors’ presentations and other Investor Relations responsibilities● Own the creation and development of key components of the annual strategic plan and operating budget, such as sales, marketing, supply chain and opex● Develop ad-hoc financial analysis for departmental leads, providing insight on business performance and trends, KPIs, product margins and operational optimization● Assess new business opportunities. Develop and automate robust financial models and analyze financial outcomes to uncover areas of growth● Perform analysis for general corporate finance activities, including the evaluation of capital structure alternatives and growth initiatives
