About the role

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for developing and executing account specific strategies to exceed the regions annual revenue targets and goals by product line.
  • Identify customer pain points to drive new product and service opportunities to continually grow the Mission organization. 
  • Lead in-depth technical conversations around the Mission product line, the operation of pressure pumping equipment, and field applications to help drive new product development, efficiencies, and sales with in-basin customers.
  • Expected to be the expert in the technical aspects and operation of the Mission product line and directly responsible for the training and field support for Mission’s in-basin installed base.
  • Take ownership in developing resolutions and closing customer concerns by working directly with our Product Line Managers, Engineers, and Operations.  This includes taking a leadership role in identifying the root causes and recommended solutions both technically and commercially. 
  • Build and establish relationships with key decision makers and influencers within our customer organizations in the region.
  • Identify new customers and markets in the region that remain untapped.
  • Gather and utilize competitor intelligence to strengthen our product offering and market position.
  • Participate in trade shows, regional and local events as required.
  • Facilitate “lunch and learns” to expose customers to the latest MCP technology.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations with a highly technical product focus.
  • Create weekly customer call reports through the use of CRM outlining customer meetings and opportunities.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Actively travel (planned and unplanned, as needed) to grow the business, learn about customers constantly evolving needs, develop relationships, monitor testing/performance, training, and to help address customer concerns.
  • Customer wellsite visits is required to identify opportunities, support our customers and product lines.
  • Entertain customers to help build and strengthen relationships.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but is not required.
  • Experience in designing, development, maintenance, and/or operation of frac equipment, frac chemistry, and North American frac operations is preferred.
