Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for warehouse process improvement, transportation improvement, leading continuous improvement exercises, utilizing latest technologies, validating labor standards, designing equipment layouts, and ensuring industry safety.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead implementation of process improvements and technological upgrades across warehouses.

• Lead continuous improvement efforts across supply chain functions.

• Develop and implement warehouse process improvements, including warehouse management system configuration and reports.

• Develop and implement transportation process improvements and network analysis.

• Review and validate industry safety and design standards and guidelines.

• Train warehouse supervisors on supply chain management systems to improve productivity.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Required Education: Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or closely-related engineering field.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Strong technical proficiency from experience, training, or certification:

  • A3

  • Six Sigma (Green level or higher)

  • Kaizen

  • Kanban

  • Tableau

  • PowerBI

  • Supply Chain design.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• 40 hours per week during office hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Corporate remote work.
