Job Description
As our working student in the HR Talent Management team, you will get to know two interesting areas: work with our Learning Management System “Learning Lab” and join in Talent Management projects to shape the learning experience for our colleagues at Brainlab and its companies.
Your tasks will include:
- Maintain the Learning Management System “Learning Lab”
- Support in the daily running of training organization, language courses, soft and technical trainings and learning platforms
- Conceptualize new digital learning projects, e.g. create courses and Learning Journeys for our Personal Development trainings; improve Onboarding workflows
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student of Psychology, STEM, Economics or other technical or education related program
- Fluent written and spoken English communication skills, German a plus
- High affinity for digital systems/platforms
- Ideally available for 6+ months
