ABOUT THE ROLE
The Analyst, Service & Repair Process will support the execution and improvement of service and repair operations across Peloton. This role plays a key part in helping ensure strong member satisfaction (MSAT) by assisting in project coordination, tracking performance data, and identifying opportunities for process enhancements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and excited to support operational improvements that scale with the business.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT
- Support cross-functional projects aimed at improving service delivery and repair processes.
- Assist with maintaining project plans, timelines, and performance dashboards to ensure progress is tracked effectively.
- Compile and analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the development and maintenance of process documentation, including SOPs and workflow maps.
- Participate in change management by helping communicate process updates to internal teams and external partners.
- Identify root causes of issues and collaborate cross-functionally to develop practical solutions that minimize member and partner impact.
- Build and maintain KPI reporting to track project outcomes and uncover opportunities for increased efficiency.
- Work closely with key partner teams - including Logistics, Last Mile, Quality, Customer Service, and Planning - to ensure alignment and drive collaborative problem-solving.
- Drive member experience improvements by providing actionable recommendations in partnership with senior analysts and managers.
YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Analytics or similar field
- 2+ years of professional experience in supply chain or similar technical role
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word),
- Advanced in Excel, comfortable with large data sets
- Experience with supply chain systems (Salesforce, Netsuite)
- Experience in Looker, SQL and Redshift is a plus
- Smoothly move between working autonomously and collaboratively
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with a bias towards action
- Solid grasp of end-to-end supply chain concepts and financial competence
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our Plano office. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
