We are looking for a <strong>Senior Staff Product Designer</strong> to join as the design lead for our Customer Experience team, reporting directly to the Head of Design. This is a player/coach role. You will carry significant IC responsibility while directly managing one Product Designer who is focused on load planning and exception management.</p> <p>Your mandate is the end-to-end customer journey that makes autonomous freight a reality. You will design the suite of tools used by trucking and logistics companies to activate and manage daily operations for a fleet of self-driving trucks. While autonomous technology is genuinely new territory for our customers, your job is to design experiences that feel familiar, intuitive, and integrated into their existing ecosystems. This isn’t a SaaS dashboard exercise. These are high-stakes operational tools that a vehicle operator or load planner needs to adopt to safely run an autonomous truck.</p> <p><strong>In this role, you will</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the customer experience blueprint. Define how interactions with the Aurora Driver are consistent, simple, and unified with the broader operational ecosystem</li> <li>Design customer-facing digital tools across web, mobile, and partner
