Residential Entry-Level Sales Representative

A Big Ass Fans Entry-Level Sales Representative on our Residential team brings comfort without compromise to the homes of our biggest “fans.” With our mission to make the world a safer, healthier, and more productive, the ideal candidate is someone who is excited about brining this mission to our customers to find the perfect addition to their home and outdoor living space. As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will be responsible for outbound lead calls, and ensuring timely customers asistance by achieving your daily call target. By showcasing strong communication skills and having the ability to engage effectively with customers such as homeowners, contractors, designers, and showrooms, you'll be essential to the business's goals. If you are eager to learn and adapt with a goal-oriented mindset aimed at driving sales success, then we want to meet you!   

Responsibilities   

• Establish contact with residential leads quickly and efficiently via phone call and email. 
• Identify customer needs and determine the best next steps.
• Record detailed customer information such as project type, product goals/needs, and reaction to the call in CRM.
• Gain an understanding of the residential market and associated sales channels (homeowners, contractors, designers, retailers, etc.) to best serve potential customers. 
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records by resolving inconsistencies and reviewing and updating data for errors using standard data entry procedures.
• Additional sales related tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements   

• BA or BS or equivalent experience   
• Previous sales experience is a plus   
• Ability to learn and retain product information to communicate features/benefits to potential residential customers  
• Familiarity with cloud-based CRM (Salesforce preferred)  
• Ability and desire to work in a team environment
• Achieve or exceed daily metrics in place for specified role
• Superb communication skills are a must
• Self-motivated, driven, success-oriented individual  
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Google platforms (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
