Commercial Project Manager 

CertaPro Painters of Arvada is hiring a Commercial Project Manager to oversee all commercial painting projects from start to finish. In this role, you’ll be the key link between clients (GCs, architects, property managers, building owners) and our painting crews, ensuring each project is completed with quality, efficiency, and exceptional customer care.

Responsibilities:
• Manage commercial projects from contract to completion
• Build strong relationships with clients
• Support and guide Job Site Supervisors
• Conduct job site visits for progress and quality
• Resolve issues quickly with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Collaborate closely with office staff and sales

Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills
• Spanish-speaking a plus
• Detail-oriented and strong problem solver
• Ability to lead and motivate crews
• Experience in painting or construction preferred
• Valid driver’s license
