As a Finance Manager - Group Reporting, you will have the unique opportunity to be part of an ambitious company that is listed on the NYSE. We are looking for a proven professional who can deliver flawless external and internal financial reporting, in line with US GAAP and IFRS standards, within a strict SOX internal controls framework.

You will gain exceptional insight and knowledge about the overall Group and its divisions, ensuring that you become a valuable subject matter expert.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the annual report in accordance with IFRS.
- Facilitate quarterly reporting under US GAAP.
- Own and manage the end-to-end accounting process.
- Manage and support the month-end close process.
- Manage specific external reporting disclosure obligations (10K, 10Q, and IFRS documentation).
- Manage a team and provide guidance, support, opportunities for learning, and development.
- Assist with a wide array of deliverables and seek out challenging tasks.
- Ensure adherence to SOX requirements, including supporting specific tasks related to SOX controls.
Requirements:
- University degree in finance/accounting.
- Accounting Designation with 3+ years of experience post-qualification, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of both US GAAP and IFRS.
- Experience working in a SOX internal control environment.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and implementing effective operational enhancements.
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment and embrace change.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes, policies, and systems.
- Strong work ethic – dedicated, driven, and accountable.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of business operations.
- Solid Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience managing a team.
