Job Title: PSM Program & Training Specialist

SUMMARY:
The PSM Program & Training Specialist will provide regulatory compliance support for APCCO Divisions and customers. The PSM Program & Training Specialist is responsible for ensuring the compliance and auditory standards of customers systems and provides information and awareness of the same. The PSM Program & Training Specialist will contribute to a broad spectrum of service elements and functions, enhancing service projects, construction projects, improving customer relations, anticipating, and solving problems, and assisting to maintain an efficient and positive working environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential functions/responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Develop Federal and State refrigeration safety programs PSM/RMP/Cal ARP
- Perform PHA-Process Hazard Analysis for customers
- Complete customers RMP-Risk Management Program requirements and submissions
- Perform 3-year compliance audits as needed
- Perform IIAR-9 Safety Evaluation Inspections of ammonia systems
- Assist customers to ensure that their program requirements are accurate and current
- Perform refrigeration operation, PSM and ammonia awareness, Hazmat, emergency response and ASTI training as needed
- Foster a strong a mutual working partnership with the Construction team, to support and leverage the established large customer base
- Produce sales and revenue streams through direct contact with customers, by preparing estimates and proposals for compliance services to the end user
- Competency in IRC programs to accurately perform calculations and ability to communicate the process to customers
- Support the Compliance Business Development Manager (CBDM) in pursuit of quality products of continuous revenue streams for the department
