Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Student Assistant to join our Group HR team for 10-15 hours per week. In this role, you will engage in a variety of HR tasks, with a special focus on HR Development. Two days are rarely the same: one day you are helping prepare presentations for new concepts, and the next you run processes through our HR system or helping to set up the yearly Engagement Survey.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Student Assistant in HR Development, your core responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the planning of training programs and seminars.
Maintaining and preparing reports.
Supporting recruitment processes, including job postings and screening.
Assisting the Group Head of HR Development with ad hoc HR tasks.
Managing processes within our HR System (WorkDay).
Contributing to project planning and conducting research on relevant HR topics.
Analyzing HR data to inform decision-making.
Preparing reports and PowerPoint presentations based on various HR data.
Qualifications and Skills:

Interest in gaining experience across multiple HR domains, including training and development, performance management, data and systems, recruitment, change management, project management, and communication.
Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on attitude.

A positive attitude and a sense of humor.
Excellent collaboration, relationship-building, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ideally, you will meet the following criteria:
Started a master’s degree with a focus on HRM or a related field, or enrolled to begin after summer 2025, or in the final year of a bachelor’s degree with intention to pursue a master’s in HRM or a related discipline.
Strong coordination and project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
A genuine interest in HR Development.
