Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Global Services (BGS) has a unique and exciting opportunity for a Supplier Contract Admin Procurement Agent (Mid-Level or Senior) to join the Supplier Management team in Long Beach, CA. The successful candidate will support procurement activities for aftermarket goods and services in a fast-paced environment while learning new skills, solving challenging problems, and experiencing opportunities to grow in the Supply Chain organization.

Position Responsibilities:

• Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.
• Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions.
• Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
• Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.
• Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
• Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at the listed location option (Long Beach, CA).  This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience in a Supply Chain or Procurement role
• 5+ years of experience negotiating pricing and contract terms and conditions
• 5+ years of experience with SAP or ERP
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc.)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline
• Experience in data analytics
• Experience in Project Management

Typical Education/Experience: 
Mid-Level:

Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Senior:

Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range (Mid-Level): $79,900 - $108,100

Summary Pay Range (Senior): $102,000 - $138,000
