Superintendent Survey

• Coordinates the survey construction activities (planning, scheduling, equipment utilization, and maintenance) on the designated project. 
• Constantly monitors schedule and progress on designated projects.
• Performs regular evaluations of project supervisory personnel with attention to pre-set goals on work progress, safety performance, quality workmanship, and cost reduction. 
• Enforces company policies (safety, ethics, employment, drug and alcohol, quality improvement).  
• Actively promotes the training of personnel to continue to broaden the skills and diversification of the supervisory, skilled, and unskilled workforce.

Physical demands and work environment: 
•Physical demands:  Must be able to maneuver around a construction site with rough terrain. Climbing at various heights might be required. Must be able to lift 10 to 50 lbs. 
•Work environment:  Will office in an office environment with significant field activity that will require ready access by craft personnel.  Must be capable of maneuvering around the construction site with rough terrain and occasionally work in extreme weather conditions.
