Job Description

• Responsible for scheduling customer orders, taking into account availability, priorities, and internal processes
• Review and processing of incoming orders, including clarification of open issues with Sales, Customer Support, or Production
• Ensuring timely and transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Contributing to the optimization of existing processes in order processing and scheduling

Qualifications

• Completed commercial and/or technical education (e.g. apprenticeship, business school, technical college, etc.)
• Professional experience in a similar position is an advantage
• User knowledge of SAP (especially in the Production Planning and Material Management modules) is an advantage
• Very good MS Office skills
• Excellent command of German (at least C1 level) and good command of English (at least B1 level)
• Structured and accurate working style, high reliability, and enjoyment of teamwork

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 2.700 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
