Sr. Lead Insights Analyst, Film Study - Field Operations

Overview
The Sr. Lead Analyst is responsible for leading the execution of the Film Study Program. The new Customer Throughput Consulting team leverages film study in a virtual environment to help Operators assess and maximize the potential of their drive-thru operations and emerging channels like Curbside and 3rd Party Delivery.
This role is responsible for providing program oversight and operational leadership. This individual will ensure the program is effectively supported in regards to technology, processes, and day-to-day execution.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the collecting, reviewing, and “coding” of all video footage for all Virtual Film Study engagements
- Applies key learnings and acquired knowledge to advance the level of sophistication and versatility of the film study platform
- Works with Customer Throughput Consultants to present footage, share data, and target opportunities during virtual engagements
- Partners with the CTCs to deliver impactful consulting to Operators
- Uphold proactive partnerships with key stakeholders and partners to ensure the program is efficient, impactful, and innovative
- Works with the entire team to integrate changes from on-going growth
- Ensures successful program execution in a virtual environment and in the field
- Oversees program budget, specifically forecasting future needs
- Continuously monitors the progress of the program and the progress of the consultants’ utilization of the program, helping identify gaps

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working or facilitating work virtually
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic and regularly changing environment
- Experience using Sportscode or similar program
