A day in the life of a Enterprise FP&A Manager (BI and Analytics COE) at VF looks a little like this.
The company's Enterprise financial planning and analysis team serves as the critical support partner for the executive leadership team. The team is responsible for the development and analysis of the enterprise financial plans and reports as well as setting the financial planning processes, tools and calendar for the company’s brands and businesses that span the globe. The Enterprise FP&A, BI and Analytics COE team will be responsible for building, developing and maintaining standardized financial reports, data visualization and self-service solutions for use across the enterprise, brands and regions. To succeed, the manager will partner with leadership and technology experts to design, develop and deliver scalable and consistent financial reports, dashboards and analytical tools.

- Establish and drive consistent financial reporting and BI capabilities across VF’s brands, regions and functions.
- Manage the development and implementation of analytics tools, processes, and platforms to enhance data accessibility, visualization and reporting capabilities for finance across VF.
- Develop predictive analytics capabilities (e.g. forecasting, anomaly detection) in collaboration with data science teams.
- Partner with the Finance Transformation Office and DT to leverage and implement business intelligence tools, capabilities and best practices.
- Review and prepare presentations for executive leadership teams, Board of Directors, and Investor Relations.
- Prioritize analytics and reporting requests based on capacity and business needs.
- Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new BI tools and processes across finance teams
- Continually investigate the ways to improve the team’s efficiency and effectiveness.
- Define and track success metrics such as BI tool adoption rates, reporting cycle time reductions, and decision-making efficiency improvements
- Manage a team of two employees and assist in the development of department personnel through mentoring, teaching, support of department initiatives, and positive attitude.
What do you need to succeed?

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Computer Science. MBA is a plus.
- Strong financial background; exceptional analytical and modeling skills.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in data management, data visualization and data analytics
- 2+ years of people leadership experience

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong Interpersonal capabilities with ability to effectively work across functions and levels
