Senior Solution Architect EBP Authorization

YOUR MISSION

• The role of the Lead Authorization Strategy & Project Management responsible includes the management of the Authorization workstream in European rollouts and the coordination with key stakeholders.
• The management of the project and stream deliverables and the close collaboration as well as the reporting to rollout PMO belong to that role as well.
• The Solution Architecture and Project Management tasks in the area of Authorization must satisfy business needs and meet the organization’s objectives, goals and budget.
• You should possess a deep knowledge of the industry and all related processes and possess the capability of articulating the business and technical requirements in a way that all stakeholders can understand.
• A Key task of the role is the management of the FIORI Strategy for Europe and the ownership of the authorization concept for future Fiori usage. FIORI should become the only UI for SAP Business users.

Further Tasks:

• Take overall responsibility for the implementation of the overarching Authorization solution for future roll-outs in Europe with the Business Process Managers and Functional Leads to design each aspect of the solution
• Work closely with the team that ensures the continues improvement and live country support and adapt to any design changes coming from the Global governance responsible for Authorization for the roll-out projects
• Being the go-to person for all aspects in the European FIORI Strategy and drive the move to the new Spaces&Pages design
• Overseeing all project activities leading to the implementation of the solution designed in the remaining European countries
• Providing guidance and direction to Business Process Managers and Functional teams for the role setup during the roll-outs
• Being responsible to adapt to new FIORI functionality needed to improve the user experience of our Business with each upgrade to a new major release. Establish a close collaboration with SAP FIORI.

YOUR TALENT

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
• Several years’ work experience in fashion/apparel/consumer-goods and/or retail context
• 6-8 years of experience in a comparable position in an international work environment
• Thorough understanding of roles & authorizations in SAP S/4 HANA, including SAP FIORI
• Participation in multiple ERP projects from design to implementation (preferably SAP S/4 HANA experience)
• Ability to articulate business and technical requirements effectively
• Experience in managing Authorization workstream in rollouts
• Strong project management skills, including coordination with key stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills to effectively operate in cross-functional & cross-cultural environments
• Hands-on mindset, enthusiasm and drive to perform
• Excellent analytical skills
• International exposure & willingness to travel
• Fluent English (written & spoken) is a must
