Sr. Director, Data & Analytics

<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p> <p class="p1">The Senior Director, Data &amp; Analytics is a strategic enterprise leader responsible for shaping KEEN’s&nbsp;data vision and transforming the organization into a truly data-driven and AI-enabled business. This role&nbsp;goes beyond platform ownership. It defines how data and analytics create competitive advantage across&nbsp;merchandising, DTC, wholesale, supply chain, finance, and global operations. The Senior Director will&nbsp;connect strategy to execution — translating business priorities into scalable data capabilities, modern&nbsp;analytics, and intelligent decision frameworks.</p> <p class="p1">As Head of the Analytics Center of Excellence (CoE), this leader will unify technical and functional&nbsp;analytics communities, elevate data literacy, standardize KPIs, and embed analytics into everyday&nbsp;business decision-making. Success in this role requires both deep technology expertise and strong&nbsp;retail/consumer industry knowledge to ensure rapid, practical impact.</p> <p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p> <p>Description</p> <ul> <li class="p1">Defines and communicates a compelling enterprise data &amp; AI vision that&nbsp;supports KEEN’s commercial strategy, growth ambitions, and long-range&nbsp;planning.</li> <li class="p1">Identifies and prioritizes high-impact analytics opportunities across merchandising, DTC, wholesale, supply chain, and finance — ensuring&nbsp;measurable business outcomes.</li> <li class="p1">Develops and leads KEEN’s AI data readiness strategy, enabling predictive insights, automation, personalization, and intelligent decision support.</li> <li class="p1">Provides executive-level thought leadership on how analytics can improve margin, inventory productivity, customer engagement, and operational&nbsp;efficiency.</li> <li class="p1">Leads enterprise data architecture and platform direction, ensuring scalability, governance, and reliability.</li> <li class="p1">Leads and evolves the Analytics Center of Excellence, establishing governance standards, KPI harmonization, intake processes, and enterprise&nbsp;decision rights.</li> <li class="p1">Builds and develops a high-performing team of Data Architects, Data Engineers, and Technical Data Analysts; strengthen the broader analyst&nbsp;community through education and capability building.</li> <li class="p1">Serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership; communicate progress through business impact metrics, not just technical milestones.</li> </ul> <p class="p1"><em>Please note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehen
