About the role
The Senior DevOps Engineers primary responsibilities will be to develop and support the deployment and operations processes for both Clients and server products in both the gaming and corporate spaces. You will work directly with company engineers to provide timely support to development work as well as researching and suggesting solutions, document standards, and provide troubleshooting.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Be responsible for coordinating the build and deployment of software to multiple internal and external environments
- Collaborate with other Engineers to investigate and develop new and improved infrastructure tools and components in support of clients
- Automate, improve and maintain build and deployment processes
- Test and examine code written by others, analyze results and provide feedback
- Work with developers and engineers to ensure that builds and deployments follow established processes and works as intended
- Respond to outages and alerts quickly to ensure public and internal availability of our online services and infrastructure
- Help maintain and support our virtual and physical environments
- Create monitoring solutions to gain insight into application performance and understand emerging issues
- Participate in on-call support and ensure 24/7 availability of deployment services
- Exemplify reliability, accountability, and professionalism in all work-related interactions
Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated ability to use and effectively manage Windows, Linux and OSX servers from both console and command line
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organization
- Able to manage multiple, competing tasks and be self-directed in a quickly evolving environment
Education and Experience
- Computer Science, or related degree, or equivalent combination of education and related, progressive experience
- Experience working in DevOps with automation frameworks, build tools, Jenkins, Perforce/Helix/Git based source control storage
- 2 years of experience with Perforce based source repositories and understanding of stream branching strategies, inheritance and virtual streams
- Experience with setting up and running a CI/CD pipeline, clusters, storage networks, VMs and Containers
- 2+ years of experience with AWS
- Experience using AD, Postgres, LDAP, Unity, C#, XCode, Visual Studio
- Working knowledge of databases, and caching technologies
- Python, GO, BASH, SQL, OAUTH, Proxmox, CEPH, Virtual SAN, HighSpeed Networking experience preferred
