Materials Lifecycle Program Manager

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a strategic and execution-focused program manager for Supply Chain Planning to manage all operations associated with product transitions. This individual contributor will drive end-to-end transition planning strategy, working with demand planning across all product lines to develop plans to mitigate risk and optimize inventory.
The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional execution across Product Line Management, Engineering, Demand Planning, Commodity Management, Procurement to deliver successful product transitions. This role requires strong program management, supply chain planning, and lifecycle management experience, with the ability to balance demand, supply, and inventory while mitigating operational risk.
Product Lifecycle & Supply Planning
Lead transition planning activities for product lifecycle management, including Last-Time Buy (LTB) recommendations.
Develop and execute transition plans that balance customer demand, supplier commitments, and inventory objectives.
Partner with Product Line Management, Engineering, Demand Planning, Procurement to ensure successful product transitions with minimal customer impact.
Monitor supply availability and identify and implement risk mitigation strategies to maintain supply continuity.
Manage inventory throughout the product lifecycle to minimize shortages, excess inventory, and obsolescence.
Maintain and govern Bills of Materials (BOMs), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and configuration integrity.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and End-of-Life (EOL) planning to reduce material obsolescence.
Supply Continuity & Risk Management
Coordinate cross-functional mitigation plans with suppliers, Commodity Management, Engineering, Materials, and Manufacturing teams to reduce operational risk.
