The Senior Project Scheduler establishes, manages, reviews, and maintains the production schedules of the Automated Solutions division of Regal Rexnord. This role ensures effective capacity planning requirements are understood to facilitate the effective use or resources and ensure shipments are made on time to meet the customer needs. The Senior Project Scheduler oversees the work of the Production Control Department and works with and/or provides direction to the Materials, Procurement, Manufacturing, or Project Management teams as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead the scheduling departments within the Automated Solutions Division Develop production plans and schedules that optimize resource utilization and meet customer delivery expectations for released and projected projects. Analyze production capacity and constraints to balance workload and adjust schedules as necessary. Coordinate with Purchasing, Materials, Manufacturing, Project Management and sister departments to identify challenges and solutions to meet customer order fulfillment dates. Monitor project progress and identify potential bottlenecks or delays, taking proactive measures to address them Communicate schedule changes and updates to relevant stakeholders, including the Purchasing, Materials, Manufacturing, and Project Management. Monitors and reports actual output versus the production plan to identify gaps and drive solutions. Maintains capacity plan including number of employees in each department and scheduled versus actual capacity. Ensures timely and accurate routing, printing and distribution of work orders and data entry of timecard progress to each work order if required by the site Assists in determining Make/Buy for fabricated components based on specific capacity and capability if required by the site Performs all other duties and responsibilities, as required. Provides DRF for estimated projects and communicates effectively and timely with the applications, and sales team. Maintains and updates all applications when it comes to ship dates. Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of proven experience as a planner/scheduler in a project-based manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of production planning principles, scheduling techniques, and inventory management
• Experience in project management, including allocation of resources and using problem solving to exceed customer expectations
• Excellent oral/written communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
• Positive “can do” attitude, professional demeanor, performance oriented, and strong customer focus
