Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Your New Role…</span></b></p><p><br/>As the FP&amp;A CoE Content Networks Senior Manager you will support content amortization expense domain within COE for EMEA Region which offers you a great opportunity to participate in the transformation roadmap and setting standards for FP&amp;A processes related to content. You will be responsible for supporting Programming Teams as well as Regional CFO &amp; Finance team with providing high-quality data, models’ update and various analysis, support forecasting and month end close process in the content expense P&amp;L part.</p><p></p><p><b><span>Your Role Accountabilities…</span></b></p><ul><li><p>Managing team of up to 6 individuals and supporting them in monthly forecast and annual budget process of content amortization, dubbing &amp; subbing as well KPI reporting</p></li><li><p>Provide high quality financial information and insights from managed content amortization area to business partners to support strategic and tactical decision-making process</p></li><li><p>Monitor actuals utilization vs forecast, budget/prior year and provide required commentary on key variances.</p></li><li><p>Early identification and communication to stakeholders of risks and opportunities related to managed area.</p></li><li><p>Initiate and design standard FP&amp;A processes within the managed content amortization domain and ensure effectiveness and efficiency of these processes.</p></li><li><p>Support KPI reporting for content metrics.</p></li><li><p>Advise and drive developments in FP&amp;A systems (e.g. Oracle EPM, data visualization, self-service dashboards) to provide more accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Manage communication and responsiveness to stakeholder requests and questions in a timely manner based on criticality of business.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Accounting and Transactional Finance teams to improve financial processes related to managed content amortization area.</p></li><li><p>Seek for constant process and routines improvements in the duties and task under its scope.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Qualifications &amp; Experience…</span></b></p><ul><li><p>6+ years’ experience in Finance function in FP&amp;A department.</p></li><li><p>Experience in managing highly motivated teams of more than 4 individuals</p></li><li><p>Diversified experience in financial reporting, forecasting, planning, modelling, and strong analytical skills</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated individual, detail-oriented with ability to work independently and collaboratively.</p></li><li><p>Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential as well as strong initiative and the ability to work well in a team environment.</p></li><li><p>Intermediate proficiency level in Excel and other financial data analysis tools and <span>techniques.  </span></p></li><li><p>Ability to build confidence and trust based long term relationships with department members and external business partners.</p></li><li><p>Experience working accurately and efficiently with high volumes of data under strict deadlines.</p></li><li><p>Motivated by challenging, high-energy environment.</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational skills, very detailed oriented, and deadline driven.</p></li><li><p>Experience in Entertainment industry is a plus.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What's in it for you...</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Contract of employment</span></p></li><li><p><span>Hybrid work model, f</span><span>lexible working hours</span></p></li><li><p><span>Free access to Max</span></p></li><li><p><span>Benefit package: private medical health care, life insurance, MyBenefit cafeteria including sport card, social funds, retirement pension plans, recognition platform, employee referral program</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work-life balance initiatives: wellbeing platform, yoga, massages, educational webinars, Employee Assistance Program, internal media initiatives</span></p></li><li><p><span>training &amp; development: sharing the cost of English lessons, Employee Resource Groups, Bridge learning platform, sharing sessions with experts, periodic movie shows in the office cin
