Prenuvo currently operates preventative screening clinics in Vancouver, Silicon Valley, Dallas, Boca Raton, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, New York City, Bethesda, Chicago, and Atlanta, with more clinics in North America and internationally in the next 2 years. Our patient mix includes a combination of self-referred patients as well as physician-referred, from primary care doctors as well as specialists.
At the heart of our product is the Prenuvo scan, a proprietary non-contrast whole body MRI (WB-MRI) that we believe is the safest and most efficient means of extracting global information on a patient’s physical health in the shortest time span possible. Patients are then given direct access to their images and the insights provided by the radiologist’s interpretation through the Prenuvo’s suite of patient-facing personal health applications.
We are seeking an innovative and dynamic operational leader to fill the role of Regional Director of Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of several clinics within each region. To support our worldwide network of clinics we are building the preventative health network of the future which is initially centered around Prenuvo’s whole body MRI scan.
There are 4, full-time positions open for this role across our North American clinical footprint.
This position is open to applicants within commuting distance of one of our North American clinic locations in Boston, Silicon Valley, Dallas, Boca Raton, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, New York City, Bethesda, Chicago, and Atlanta.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations of 3-5 clinics, depending on clinic size and geographic spread
- Ensure that the physical environment and culture of each clinic reflect the highest values of Prenuvo’s mission and of healthcare more generally
- Manage the leadership of each local clinic, including the radiology technologist teams, the patient concierge teams, and - for select larger clinics - the operations managers
- Work with various internal stakeholders to help ensure that each clinic functions a safe, high quality, efficient, and economically viable site of service
- Own KPIs related to clinic safety, quality of care, patient experience, and clinic economics
- Establish a high reliability culture within your region to ensure that organizational challenges are understood and analyzed through a just culture framework to drive continuous quality improvement at every level within your span of control
- Partner with Prenuvo’s enterprise leaders in Clinic Technology and Patient experience to ensure the seamless and standardized deployment of new workflows and processes across clinics within your region
- Partner with the Sales and Clinical Integration teams to communicate Prenuvo’s value proposition to patients, providers, health systems, and employers within your region
What You’ll Bring
- Clinical qualifications (e.g. RN, RT, NP, MD degree or other)
- Healthcare management qualifications (e.g. MBA, MHM, MHA, MPH, etc.)
- 5+ years patient care experience, with at least 2 in an ambulatory setting
- 5+ years management experience
- Prior accountability for P&L and/or budgets > $10M
- Prior experience in hospitality, consumer medicine, or a concierge practice is preferred
- The ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- A passion for building new teams and processes for the benefit of patients, Prenuvo providers, and referring physicians
- Proficiency in practice management software, Microsoft Office, Google Applications, electronic medical records (EMR), and other healthcare IT systems
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a rapid-growth environment
- High tolerance for ambiguity (prior healthcare start-up experience a plus)
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in healthcare
