Core Responsibilities

Build meaningful relationships with clients to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and automotive needs.
Deliver an exceptional luxury experience by showcasing the craftsmanship, innovation, and performance of Genesis vehicles.
Conduct immersive test drives and tailored vehicle demonstrations that highlight the premium features and refined driving experience Genesis is known for.
Guide clients seamlessly through the purchase journey, including vehicle selection, financing options, and delivery.
Collaborate with a high-performing sales team to exceed goals while maintaining a first-class customer experience.
Stay informed on Genesis products, luxury market trends, and competitor offerings to position the brand with confidence and sophistication.
Foster long-term client relationships through exceptional service before, during, and after the sale.

What You'll Need

1+ years of Automotive Sales experience in a dealership environment
A professional, polished, and customer-focused approach
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Valid sales license or the ability to obtain one.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
