Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly qualified Salesforce Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in building HCM technology solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full stack development, API integrations, Node-RED workflows, and internalizing business processes into Salesforce to enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, automation, and customization to deliver scalable, robust solutions tailored to HCM and business process needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development for HCM Solutions:
- Design, develop, and implement custom HCM technology solutions on the Salesforce platform, including employee management, recruitment, onboarding, performance tracking, and workforce analytics.
- Build and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components to support HCM functionalities.
- Configure and customize Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom objects to align with HCM requirements.
Full Stack Development:
- Develop front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) to create intuitive user experiences.
- Build and maintain server-side logic using Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and other Salesforce backend technologies.
- Ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components for robust, scalable applications.
API Integrations:
- Design and implement API integrations to connect Salesforce with external HCM systems, payroll platforms, HRIS, and other third-party applications.
- Utilize REST and SOAP APIs, as well as Salesforce Connect, to enable real-time data exchange and system interoperability.
- Develop custom middleware solutions using Node-RED or other integration tools to streamline data flows and automate processes.
Node-RED Workflow Development:
- Leverage Node-RED to create low-code workflows for automating complex business processes within Salesforce.
- Build reusable Node-RED flows to integrate Salesforce with external systems, trigger automation, and enhance HCM functionalities.
- Optimize Node-RED workflows for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Business Process Automation:
- Internalize and automate business processes within Salesforce using Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules to streamline operations.
- Design and implement approval processes, escalation rules, and automated notifications to support HCM and business workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to map business requirements to Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
System Optimization and Maintenance:
- Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
- Monitor and optimize Salesforce performance, including governor limits, data storage, and system scalability.
- Maintain documentation for customizations, integrations, and workflows.
Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business analysts, to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on Salesforce best practices.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and certifications to ensure cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with at least 3 years focused on full stack development.
