Arcadis is seeking a Principal Transportation Project Manager to lead and direct the development of major Georgia DOT transportation projects.

Role description:
In this position, you will have the opportunity to expand on your current skills and experience working Transportation projects. This is a unique opportunity for leadership and growth within the Arcadis Mobility Business Line.
Role accountabilities:
- Management and oversight of technical teams to deliver major Georgia DOT transportation projects on schedule, budget and to client’s satisfaction.
- Thorough knowledge and experience with the Georgia DOT Plan Development Process (PDP) and other Georgia DOT standards, processes, and procedures.
- Work with a team to develop project scopes and budgets, interfacing with and maintenance of clients, mentoring and development of junior staff, development of project plans and schedules and ensuring project compliance with all Arcadis practices including quality and safety standards.
- Work on multiple unique assignments simultaneously.
Qualifications & Experience:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- 15+ years of experience
- Professional Engineering License (PE)
- Project management and design experience with Georgia DOT transportation design projects.
- Proficiency with Georgia DOT Major Projects Requirements.
- Working knowledge of developing and designing federally funded project involving compliance with National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).

- Interpersonal and client facing requirements will require someone with excellent, clear and concise, oral and written communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to coordinate meetings, conduct effective client presentations and prepare written reports.

We offer seven paid holidays and potentially up to two floating holidays per calendar year depending on start date, and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $126750 - $ 211250.
