Job Description
- Reporting to the Director of Revenue Systems and Applications, this individual is an individual contributor role that is the subject matter expert on Revenue related systems/application and processes.
- This role requires a highly motivated and experienced accounting professional with a track record of success in global revenue operations.
- In this role, you will support the global revenue operations team, partner with other business functions on projects, lead corporate initiatives towards process improvement and supporting transformational projects to achieve best in class results.
- This role will include various projects and opportunities to enhance our accounting process to be more efficient and effective. The person in this position will work closely with Revenue Accounting and Reporting teams, Rebates and Claims teams and IT teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting and revenue roles in high tech or similar industries
- Experience with revenue/contra revenue transactions with distributor and OEM customers within the semiconductor industry a plus
- Advanced Excel skills and analytics aptitude required
- Experience in Model N, SAP and Oracle Cloud environments a plus including prior such systems implementation experience
- Proficient knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition fundamentals
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or MBA preferred
- Must have the ability to execute multiple tasks, be detail oriented, committed to high quality and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Previous experiences in managing implementation of technology and executing process improvements within the organization
