This position is ideal for self-starters with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in shaping the future of talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality leads for potential candidates and clients using innovative sourcing strategies
  • Conduct engaging initial phone screenings and pre-interviews with candidates
  • Utilize various platforms and job boards to identify and attract top talent
  • Provide crucial administrative support to streamline recruitment processes
  • Manage and optimize candidate databases and applicant tracking systems
  • Coordinate seamlessly with hiring managers to schedule interviews and facilitate the recruitment process
  • Contribute to the team’s success by supporting various recruitment-related tasks and projects

Requirements



Requirements

  • Some experience in recruitment or a related field, with a passion for talent acquisition
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in using computers and modern office software
  • Familiarity with professional networking platforms and job boards (e.g., LinkedIn)
  • Strong ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Confidence in making phone calls and conducting engaging phone interviews
  • Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
  • Flexibility to align with UK business hours
  • Enthusiasm for learning and growing within a dynamic recruitment environment
