Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads for potential candidates and clients using innovative sourcing strategies
- Conduct engaging initial phone screenings and pre-interviews with candidates
- Utilize various platforms and job boards to identify and attract top talent
- Provide crucial administrative support to streamline recruitment processes
- Manage and optimize candidate databases and applicant tracking systems
- Coordinate seamlessly with hiring managers to schedule interviews and facilitate the recruitment process
- Contribute to the team’s success by supporting various recruitment-related tasks and projects
Requirements
Requirements
- Some experience in recruitment or a related field, with a passion for talent acquisition
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in using computers and modern office software
- Familiarity with professional networking platforms and job boards (e.g., LinkedIn)
- Strong ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Confidence in making phone calls and conducting engaging phone interviews
- Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
- Flexibility to align with UK business hours
- Enthusiasm for learning and growing within a dynamic recruitment environment
