Become a Key Player in Our Security Team!

• Position: Construction Site Security Officer (Full and Part Time Positions Available)
• Shift Availability:
  • 1st Shift: 6:00AM-2:00PM
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00PM-10:00PM
  • 3rd Shift: 10:00PM-6:00AM 
    (Required to work at least one weekend shift, Saturday or Sunday)
• Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

 

What We’re Looking For

• Physically Capable: This position requires the ability to work outdoors and remain physically active for extended periods. Candidates must be able to: 
  • Sit, stand, and walk for prolonged durations 
  • Conduct both mobile and foot patrols 
  • Perform traffic control duties as needed 
  • Work in varying weather conditions 
  • Navigate uneven terrain and climb stairs 
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) 
• Critical Thinkers: Ability to assess situations quickly and make informed decisions. 
• Observant & Alert: Diligent in monitoring surroundings and identifying potential concerns. 
• Able to Follow Instructions: Strong ability to adhere to protocols, procedures, and site guidelines. 
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Professional, approachable, and ready to serve as the first point of contact. 
• Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and effective verbal and written communication required. 
• Proficient Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge and ability to use standard systems and software preferred. 
• Flexible Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts as needed. 

 

Requirements

• Must pass a drug urinalysis and background check 
• Valid driver’s license required 
• Must meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers 
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English 
• Must be at least 18 years of age
